Will it work on the iPad?
Yes. The Apple iPad uses Safari as it’s primary browser. And Safari supports HTML5 very well. So, there’ll be no problems for Visual Product Customizer on it.
Will we just be able to change the colours? Or does it give facility to be able to change the design pattern as well?
The current version only gives ability to change the colours. But the ability to change the design patterns is on our radar and the research for that is going on. The future versions will have this facility.
Are the products that can be customized, limited to that are shown in this website?
No. You can use Visual Product Customizer to customize any of your products that you can sell in different colours.
Does Visual Product Customizer have something like an admin panel to manage the products?
Not at the moment. But this is one of the features on our radar and we are working on providing one soon.
How to add new product to be able to make it customizable?
It’s a process which needs some image editing work. You’ll need to cut, crop the images to make transparent images. You also need to set the clickable areas. Until we introduce the admin panel to do all this automatically, this is a job for a skilled developer. You can leave it to us and we’ll do it for you at pretty cost effective manner.
We have ability to produce the products only in some selected colours. Do we have ability to limit the colour choices?
Yes. It’s the uniqueness of Visual Product Customizer. Some of your products can have unlimited colours and some of them can have only limited colours as per your need.
Can this be integrated with my .Net based website?
If the server gives a facility to run PHP / MySQL on it, then there’s no problem to use Visual Product Customizer with your .Net site.
